In December of 2021, Trinity's council revised our child safety policies tto include an optional waiver for families who which to bypass the check-out system currently in place. Currently, we require an approved adult to sign each student out of Confirmation. If you would like to waive this safety percuation and allow your child(ren) to sign themselves out, please fill out this waiver below:

I _________, parent/guardian of _____________ (name of child) give my permission for __________ (name of child) to opt-out of the sign-in/sign-out procedure during events, classes, and programming at Trinity Lutheran Church in St. Peter, MN. I understand that this means I will not have to sign-out my chiild when the event, class, and/or programming are completed. I acknowledge that by signing this waiver Trinity Lutheran Church is not responsible or liable for any incidents that may occur after my child has left the event. I acknowledge that by signing this waiver, Trinity Lutheran Church is not responsible for ebnsuring that my child leaves the event with an authorized adult. I understand this waiver must be signed annually and is good for one programming year. I understand that I can revoke this waiver at any time in writing and resume the sign-in/sign out procedure.
